Dr. Rupali Sisir Banu owns a wide range of professional experiences of more than 15 years in Senior Program Management & Strategic Leadership Positions, across all sectors of the Public Health Program in Bangladesh e.g. with Government, National and International Organizations, WHO in Bangladesh and Philippines with a special interest in the field of integrated Maternal and Child Health program, HIV, TB, Immunization & other Communicable Diseases and Emerging Heath Crisis. In progressive carrier growth, extending technical support and collaboration to Government , National and International NGOs to build their capacity in system strengthening, program management, quality implementation , monitoring and evaluation for maximizing capacity for contributing the goal of MDGs / SDGs, particularly in a variety of Global Health Challenges and achieving a sustainable development in light with Country National Health Strategy , Policies & Action Plan based on analysis of the Country's Epidemiological, Programmatic, Health System and Economic Context.
