VAALO's research focuses on innovation as well, with the aim of creating an alternative development matrix. This matrix will include ideation, planning, action, and solutions at both narrow and broad levels. Our focus is on creating evidence-based development and management matrices that center around values and support social development from policy to practice.

Our research concept supports companies in accelerating innovation by introducing new ideas and developing intellectual products and services that support organizational growth, strategy, and program direction. We provide technical support and value-added knowledge base services to understand and evaluate organizations within their program and project cycles. We also pilot and innovate project ideas according to customized market demands in areas such as public health, management, leadership, gender, ethics, values, and human rights. Our future goal is to trend in development and management learnings into the market in an efficiency-driven way that supports organizations' growth acceleration process and improvements.

Our research work involves connecting to policy processes and changes. The VAALO platform supports a network of social actors and trending ideas, actions, and integrated responses. We aim to create a space for information and communication of ideas, facts, and evidence to the policy process for social change. Our actors' network includes education, technology, social science, and research across development diversity.
