Recent work experience in Ultra Music Festival, Sydney, Australia as communication Ambassador and also as Appeal Assistant, UTS Advancement Company at University of Technology Sydney, and played important role in reconnecting with UTS Alumni, engaging and updating their credentials on the Alumni database. In 2016 to 2017 Oct worked at Everjobs Bangladesh at different capacity starting from sales Associate where he used to manage Salesforce leads, handover process for clients. Then promoted as Content & sales Executive where played role linking sales and website content administration. Monitoring customer, listed performance, prioritized leads, analyzed on the performance of the platform. In the same year further promoted to an expanded role as Head of Content & Operations, where he Supervised, trained and planned content, operations & customer support departments for overall output development.
