Facilitator; Consultant; Thinking Partner and Global Speaker. Change advisor and Coach supporting senior leaders to create positive change.
After 15 years of working on corporate management and public service reform issues from South Sudan to Papua New Guinea, Ben left consulting in 2021 to pursue his passion for leadership and developing more effective, positive organizations. Ben now works with individuals and organizations to create the skills and frameworks required for ordinary leadership so that more people may take responsibility for making the world a better place.
Ben's current project is the Ordinary Leadership Project, which attempts to make leadership more accessible to establish more teams, organizations, and businesses capable of tackling difficult, intractable challenges. It represents his conviction that leadership occurs at many levels in an organization and that the most successful organizations find methods to develop behaviors and put in place structures that allow people around the organization to take responsibility for their challenges.
Ben also offers leadership coaching, working with individual leaders to develop real solutions to their leadership and transformation difficulties. He works as a consultant with purpose-driven businesses and SMEs, assisting them in determining what they need to do to be successful. Ben supports individuals and businesses in developing the skills and teamwork required for large-scale issues.
Finally, Ben is an avid runner, photographer, mountaineer, friend, and a great life partner of his beloved outside of his work on leadership and change.
