On 6 April 2026, VAALO avant-garde Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LEEDO, establishing a partnership based on a shared commitment to creating a safer, healthier, and more caring environment for vulnerable children. Under this MoU, both organizations aim to collaborate on community engagement and technical partnership.
During a visit to LEEDO Peace Home, which provides care, protection, and a sense of belonging to vulnerable and street-connected children, VAALO Founder and Managing Director, Dr. Nazneen Akhter, spent time with the children and learned about their daily lives and nutritional needs. With approximately 75 children living at the Peace Home, she recognized the importance of improving their dietary protein intake to support their healthy growth and development.
In response to this need, VAALO launched the Children's Nutrition & Protein Initiative on 1 September 2026. The initiative provides all 75 children at LEEDO Peace Home with protein-rich food, including eggs and chicken, four days a week.
Having successfully continued this support for nearly two months, VAALO remains committed to sustaining the initiative for at least six months, helping improve the children's access to nutritious food during a critical stage of their growth and development.
The initiative is made possible through the generous contributions of Dr. Nazneen Akhter, Amr Ravine, Amr Raayed Nayel, and members of the VAALO team.
