On December 30, 2024, VAALO avant-garde Ltd. successfully conducted a consultation workshop focused on the review and development of NGDO policies. The workshop brought together NGDO higher officials, Executive Committee (EC) members, and representatives from donor organizations to discuss critical updates to Financial, Procurement and Human Resources (HR) policies.
The session aimed to align policies with international standards, county contest, and a key highlight of the session was the inclusion of disability-focused provisions to ensure greater inclusivity and alignment with global standards. Participants engaged in constructive dialogues, providing valuable insights to refine the policy framework. The event underscores VAALO’s commitment to fostering transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity in organizational governance.
