On 30 December 2025, VAALO avant-garde Ltd. held its annual management meeting at the corporate office, bringing together the Managing Director and the entire VAALO Team in Action. The session focused on a comprehensive review of the previous year’s achievements, identification of gaps, and examination of financial performance.
During the period January–December 2025, VAALO conducted extensive data collection activities across six divisions, engaging with more than 4,000 respondents through direct consultations. It was also noted that a new training module on the linkage between livelihoods and microfinance was introduced as part of the organization’s capacity development initiatives.
Under its knowledge management portfolio, VAALO participated in three dissemination events and one seminar. The organization implemented a total of 31 social development activities, including 13 Tea Coffee We sessions, 12 CSR initiatives, 2 scholarship programs, and the establishment of 5 new partnerships. In addition, CSR coverage was strengthened with 12 CSR initiatives delivered over 12 months, while scholarship support was provided for six consecutive months. The organization also experienced a 25% growth in its team size over the year.
As part of the review, the management conducted a detailed SWOT analysis to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Key challenges and areas for improvement were discussed, followed by the formulation of strategic actions to address existing gaps. The session concluded with the development of a roadmap aimed at resolving outstanding challenges and ensuring enhanced organizational performance in 2026.
