VAALO avant-garde Ltd. joyously celebrated its 10-year anniversary in conjunction with the vibrant festivities of Pohela Boishakh, the Bengali New Year, on April 15, 2025. The dual celebration brought together the spirit of cultural heritage and the pride of a decade-long journey of impact, innovation, and dedication to social development.
The day began with the decoration of our office space, beautifully transformed with traditional Boishakhi elements—colorful alpana, festive garlands, handcrafted items, and motifs of rural Bengal, capturing the essence of the Bangla New Year. The entire team adorned themselves in traditional attire, adding warmth and authenticity to the celebration.
In the presence of all VAALO’ Core team members and esteemed guests, the program unfolded with a heartfelt opening speech reflecting on the organization's journey, achievements, and commitment to gender justice, community resilience, and innovation over the past decade.
To honor the occasion, a delicious spread of traditional Bengali food was served. A commemorative cake-cutting ceremony marked the official celebration of VAALO's 10th anniversary and Bangla New Year 1432, symbolizing unity, growth, and the shared vision that has brought us this far.
The event was more than a celebration—it was a moment of reflection, gratitude, and renewed commitment. As we step into the next chapter of our journey, we remain devoted to promoting positive social change through research, training, and innovative solutions.
