On 11th January, 2020 we had another “Tea, Coffee & We” seminar at our corporate office at Banani where we shared our insights around the young age group’s personal development needs. In this seminar we had with us the faculty of North South University Ms. Segufta Dilshad and Ms. Nandeeta Samad, who inspired us to work with young generation to address their unmet needs. Our focus of discussion was how we can institutionally support them to be well aware with the basic aspect of leadership, self-empowerment, self-dignity, & values, so that they are well prepared in their career path & job market. Idea came from the talk, through our different diverse training how we can boost up their confidence to face the job market also can connect them with diversified professional group for their betterment.
This seminar was a part of our regular “Tea, Coffee & We” seminar where we discuss & share many deeper thoughts in a very lighter mood so we all feel very cozy & comfortable to open up & talk.
