VAALO avant-garde Ltd. as an independent social business venture always anticipate intellectual & emotional exchange on social advancement with a local and global connectivity. On account of this intention, VAALO has been organizing one of its key seminar program under the banner named “Tea, Coffee & We” from the very beginning of this platform where the ideas, thoughts, opinions, experiences are shared and consequently reform & redesign several associated subject matters.
Last year, COVID-19 pandemic was a huge obstacle in executing this “Tea, Coffee & We” seminars for a longer period of time. After almost one long year, we have successfully organized a seminar in our corporate office on last Sunday, March 28, 2021. This time, the title topic of this “Tea, Coffee & We” seminar was “Let’s Talk about Job & Career”. Young students carrying out their undergraduate or postgraduate, thinking about shaping their job careers or taking it to the next level were invited to attend the seminar. Our Founder & Managing Director, Dr. Nazneen Akhter facilitated the seminar, maintained a cozy environment and regulated the flow of discussion amazingly. Invited guests lively participated and shared their valuable thoughts and planning regarding the career opportunities and obstacles with critical analysis & logical orientation.
The seminar indeed was really value enriching either, our beloved Founder & Managing Director significantly talked about ethical values necessary for building a life with composure & prosperity. Afterwards, the seminar ends with lots of good wishes and a pledge to be a better human being in life with an absolute balance between career and family.
