VAALO avant-garde Ltd. recently hosted an incredibly successful day-long workshop cantered around "Value Attention Leadership Excellence for Advancing Development and Management (VALEAD)." Dr. Nazneen Akhter led the way and her guidance impelled the workshop to foster leadership excellence and instil values crucial for advancing the development of the youth and embedding them with principles. The workshop featured a diverse blend of activities, including leadership knowledge and skill assessment, a session on life goal-setting, and immersive exercises exploring various scenarios and routes toward reaching personal goals with deep dives into understanding leadership through case-based stories. The event held on November 18, 2023, provided university students with a crucial platform to enrich their leadership skills and gain insights into lacking and ways to furnish personal development. The feedback and reflections from participants were overwhelmingly positive and vibrant at the end of the workshop.
