VAALO successfully hosted a workshop on "Basics of Project Evaluation/Assessment" on October 12, 2024, bringing together a diverse group of students and professionals.
The event provided participants with essential knowledge and practical skills for conducting Baseline, Mid-Term, and Endline studies, crucial for project success. Facilitated by Public Health Expert Umme Suriea and Senior Program & Research Associate Sabrina Afrin Soha, the workshop covered hands-on methodologies, conceptual frameworks, and data-driven approaches to improve project outcomes.
A special appearance by Dr. Mohammad Zahirul Islam, PhD, Assistant Professor at North South University, added depth to the discussions, with a focus on climate change, health, and environmental issues.
Participants engaged in interactive group activities, quick quizzes, and real-world project simulations, creating a lively and collaborative learning environment. The event was a great success, leaving attendees empowered with valuable skills for project evaluation.
