VAALO Spreads Ramadan Blessings with Iftar & Sehri Packages

Continuing its commitment to social responsibility, VAALO avant-garde Ltd. once again extended its support to underprivileged communities during Ramadan through its CSR program. The VAALO team carefully selected underprivileged families who are truly in need, including day labourers and small floating store owners across Dhaka ensuring that this generosity reached those who needed it most. On March 6, 2025, VAALO distributed 20 Iftar packages containing essential food items such as puffed rice, flattened rice, oil, chickpeas, sugar, salt, milk powder, soft drink powder , Vermicelli, lentils, potatoes, drinking lassi, mango juice, and dates to families in need across around us.

This year, Sajeeb Group joined hands with VAALO in this noble initiative by generously donating three beverage items—powder drink, mango juice, and lassi (each in 100 units) for Iftar distribution. Their contribution added a special touch to the packages, ensuring a refreshing experience for the recipients during the holy month.

Beyond Iftar, VAALO also extended its support by distributing Sehri packages to seven families, ensuring they had nutritious meals to begin their fast.

Supports Abdul Kaium’s Family with Tools for a Brighter Future

On January 13, 2025, VAALO Avant-Garde Ltd. extended its unwavering support to Abdul Kaium and his family who reside in a small house near Aminbazar, Mirpur, Dhaka by providing them with essential resources to improve their livelihood and ensure their children’s education. As part of this CSR initiative, the family received sewing machines, warm clothing, and financial assistance to cover school admission fees.

The sewing machines are intended to help Abdul Kaium’s family establish a sustainable source of income, empowering them to become self-reliant and build a stable future. Additionally, the provision of warm clothing ensures that the family can face the cold months with dignity and comfort. The financial support for school admissions aims to break barriers to education, enabling their children to pursue learning opportunities without interruption.

This initiative highlights VAALO’s commitment to creating lasting impacts on vulnerable families by addressing both immediate needs and long-term empowerment. By providing these resources, VAALO continues to foster hope and resilience in underserved communities, ensuring every family has the opportunity to thrive and achieve a better quality of life.

VAALO Brings Winter Warmth to Deprived Children

On January 11, 2025, VAALO proudly extended its support to 47 children in need, at the "School of Life" to distribute warm winter clothing. With 27 children in Dhaka and 20 in Jhenaidah  branch of School of Life receiving new winter clothes, these students now have the warmth and comfort they need to face the cold months ahead. Additionally, VAALO distributed warm clothing to children living on the streets of Banani and in the Korail slum area.

This initiative not only provided essential protection from the harsh weather but also brought smiles and hope to many young faces. It is a testament to VAALO’s unwavering commitment to promoting equity and dignity for all, ensuring that no child is left behind, especially in vulnerable communities.

By addressing both immediate needs and long-term well-being, VAALO continues to empower children to pursue their education without the burden of cold winters affecting their health or concentration. A Day of Joy and Inspiration at the School of Life, Mirpur, Dhaka

On December 7, 2024 VAALO Avant-Garde Ltd. team spent a heart-warming and memorable day at the School of Life in Mirpur, Dhaka, a school dedicated to educating underprivileged children. With a total of 25 students, the school not only focuses on academic education but also emphasizes sports, moral values, and ethics.

The day began on a spiritual note with the children reciting verses from the Quran, creating a serene and reflective atmosphere. Following this, the students showcased their diverse talents through a series of captivating performances, including soulful Ghazals, energetic songs, and moving poetry recitations. Their enthusiasm and creativity deeply resonated with the VAALO team, setting the tone for a day of meaningful engagement. 

Followed by the event, The VAALO team joined the children and school staff for a delightful lunch. Founder and MD of VAALO Dr. Nazneen Akhter, VAALO’s Thought Binder Dr. Selimuzzaman was also graced the event, sharing warm conversations with the school’s founder, Dr. Anupom, the principal, and dedicated teachers. These conversations highlighted the school’s mission of nurturing young minds through education, values, and extracurricular activities.

To make the day more engaging, VAALO organized an art competition under its CSR initiative named “রঙে আঁকি বিজয়ের স্বপ্ন” for the students ahead of 16th December Independence Day of Bangladesh, allowing them to unleash their creativity. The children enthusiastically participated, using vibrant colours and bold strokes to bring their imaginations to life. The competition aimed to inspire creativity and confidence among the children. Every participant was recognized with a small token of appreciation, a gesture to encourage their efforts and fuel their passion for the arts.

The day ended on a sweet note with a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing celebration and togetherness. The children’s smiles and laughter were a testament to the success of the event, leaving a lasting impact on everyone present.

On the 24th of August 2024, In response to the devastating floods that have ravaged Feni, Noakhali, Cumilla, and Chattogram, VAALO has announced a significant donation to the Mohakhali DOHS Council. This contribution is aimed at providing relief and support to the affected communities.
