In a landmark commitment to community-driven development, VAALO avant-garde Ltd. and Moonlight Kindergarten and High School have entered a transformative five-year partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding signed on December 14, 2025.
The ceremony, attended by teachers and VAALO team members, was marked by a celebratory atmosphere and a shared vision for sustainable change. Signed by Dr. Nazneen Akhter, Founder and Managing Director of VAALO, and Mr. Abul Kalam Azad (Sumon), Headmaster of the school, the agreement formally launches a collaborative initiative beginning with a comprehensive School Health Program next year, aimed at promoting health awareness and a safer learning environment for nearly 300 students from the Korail Slum.
Expanding beyond health, the partnership encompasses educational mentorship, infrastructure improvement, research and capacity-building, sports and team-building activities, and active volunteer involvement from VAALO employees to deepen community engagement. This structured collaboration builds upon VAALO's prior contributions to the school, including renovations and financial aid, and solidifies a joint mission to foster holistic education and wellbeing through sustained, value-driven investment in the community's future.
