At VAALO avant-garde, we believe that corporate social responsibility (CSR) is not just a business strategy or a means of self-promotion. Instead, it is a self-imposed responsibility to express our accountability and solidarity as a team towards the betterment of society. We are committed to responding to social causes and distress, and a portion of our hard-earned business is transformed and cross-subsidized in several micro-end positive efforts to support social causes. We understand that a socially responsible company can increase the engagement of its workforce. Our CSR (company social responsibility) work positively influences our work culture and motivates our management team. We believe that workers want to be part of something bigger than just their jobs, and we aim to create an environment where employees feel involved and able to contribute to society. Through this, we hope to inspire a sense of ownership and personal commitment among our team to contribute towards the betterment of society.

Since its inception till date, we have been contributing through CSR activities on a small scale, and we will continue to do so as our business grows.
