On 29 August, For one day, VAALO stepped away from the regular rhythm of meetings, deadlines, and deliverables to pause, reflect, reconnect, and celebrate the journey ahead.
The VAALO Annual Retreat 2026, held at Pyramid Point Resort at Uttara on 29 August 2026, brought together the VAALO team, consultants, and student ambassadors for a day filled with strategy, connection, recreation, and shared memories.
The day began with a powerful and forward-looking session led by Dr. Nazneen Akhter, Founder & Managing Director of VAALO avant-garde Ltd. Looking beyond the present, she shared VAALO’s strategic priorities, future goals, and the direction of the organization for the coming days. More than a discussion about plans and targets, the session became a moment of reflection and collective commitment. Team members renewed their pledges and shared a common determination to move forward with greater purpose, responsibility, and unity. After the strategic session came the perfect opportunity to unwind. Over lunch, swimming, rest, and conversations away from the usual work environment, the VAALO family recharged and reconnected and then came the energy!
The retreat turned into a lively celebration as the team participated in the Fun Part, where laughter, enthusiasm, and friendly competition took over. The excitement continued with the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The retreat brought together VAALO team members alongside consultants and student ambassador. The day was a reminder that behind every strategy, project, and achievement is a team of people working together with shared purpose.
The VAALO Annual Retreat 2026 was therefore more than a day away from work. It was a moment to reconnect with one another, revisit the organization’s vision, celebrate the people behind the journey, and return with renewed energy for what lies ahead.
