VAALO usually perform its formatted quarterly meeting differently with some refreshment for the team members. On this June 25, 2022, VAALO arranged a quarterly meeting with all the team in action members. The meeting was properly organized by the team at a restaurant named “Flameb” situated in the Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
In the meeting, the main focal person was the Founder & Managing Director of VAALO avant-garde Ltd. “Dr. Nazneen Akhter”. However the Thought Leadership & Advisory member of VAALO, Dr. M Salim Uzzaman was present as the special guest of honor. VAALO was also highly privileged to connect its Chair Person, Mr. “Amr Ravine” remotely in the meeting from Australia.
The meeting was very spontaneous. The previous quarter’s works were adequately reviewed by a wonderful presentation made by Md. Arifur Rahman Arif, Manager (Accounts & Business Development) of VAALO. Moreover, VAALO’s SWOT was analyzed thoroughly and presented accordingly to get a comprehensive idea about the current situation of VAALO. Some brief plans were also made for the upcoming quarter to keep the pace.
One of the unique attractions of the meeting was the “Employee of the Quarter” price-giving ceremony. In this quarter, one of the most dedicated and sincere employees, “Umme Suriea”, Program & Research Associate was awarded this prestigious and inspiring token of appreciation which eventually motivated her along with her teammates either.
The meeting smoothly ended following a buffet dinner at the restaurant sponsored by Dr. M Salim Uzzaman Sir, Thought Leadership & Advisory member. With some knowledgeable and remarkable thought sharing from individual ends, the meeting ended for this quarter with new hopes and challenges.
