2nd June 2022 (Thursday) VAALO successfully executed the program titled “The journey to a Dynamic Development: A Tale of Intergenerational Leadership”. In this session, the leaders from two generations gathered and shared their prior experience and the journey story of leadership. In this interactive session, distinguished senior leaders, Dr. Lima Rahman, Director-Health and Nutrition, Save the Children, Bangladesh), M Mainuddin Mainul, Country Representative, Good Neighbours Bangladesh, Fahrtheeba Rahat Khan, Leadership Expert were present and shared their valuable insights about leadership. Dr. Nazneen Akhter, Founder & Managing Director of VAALO avant-garde Ltd. Moderated the whole program and kept a smooth flow of it. Again, from the young leadership panel, Ms. Shahrin Islam Sharno, Owner of Aaarshi, Muhammad Imran shorif, Founder & CEO, Business Hunt, Md. Saadman Azad, General Secretary, Brac University Leadership Development Forum and Romana Yasmin Monica, Co- Founder, Love Bites were present and made the program more interesting. Besides the participants from diverse universities made the program more lively and conceptual with the various opinions and questions from their curious minds.
